Speed and Agility Training
For over 50 years Tri-State Athletic Club has been home to hundreds of local and nationally recognized athletes – helping them reach their full athletic potential and earn scholarships from all collegiate levels. Tri-State Athletic Club uses our very own sports performance training system utilizing the strengths of our personal training staff with over 150 combined years of experience to provide the most time-efficient speed, agility, and quickness programs in the tri-state area.
Vertical Jump Training
Our vertical jump program is designed for athletes ages 10 – 14 wanting to increase their vertical jump for a particular sport. A properly designed vertical jump program will help improve reactive ability (getting the feet off the ground quicker) and explosive jumping (creating more power). This will translate to increased on court/field performance through learning how to effectively decelerate under control, increased reaction time, increased coordination, increased explosiveness, increased power; while also decreasing ones’ potential for injury.
Little Speedsters SAQ Program
This is a speed, agility, and quickness program for athletes ages 8 – 11 (3rd – 5th grades). Little speedsters is designed to help kids become more athletic by incorporating the fundamentals of coordination, motor skills, and movement skills.
